The Dark Continent:

Now, I guess, I realized why people call Africa the Dark Continent. I used to associate it to something which was completely different. It is a paradox that we have the resources for light but remains largely and differently dark. The continent has a lot to light. The problem is there, the resources are there, how can we solve the problem with the resources we have then?
