Credit Professionalism-Ethiopia:

Over the past few years, we have achieved a promising growth although the extent of the growth rate is labeled different by the eyes of different organs. So long as we tell what we believe is right, it is not a big deal for the other organs to have their own growth figure. What matters most is to sustain if not exceed the growth rate we achieved and have been dreaming of for so long. The possible mentality is the best factor for our development.
To effectively realize sustained growth in general and in the GTP in particular, professionals are among others who are particularly called by the GOE to show a concerted effort and commitment. But, in my opinion, in the current trend, the environment is not comfortable to professionals and I have doubts whether the intended contribution is being obtained from them. We do have many grand and massive projects undergoing different stages, and if not attended by appropriate skilled professionals, it is not difficult to guess what the final result will be. The more we give credit and recognition to hard working professionals, the more quality work we achieve, and at the same time, the more we discourage pity corruptions. Credit professionalism
