What roles do infrastructure, innovation and investment play in the future of Africa's energy revolution? Join a live conversation on Monday, August 4th at 8:30AM EST with World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim and The Economist magazine:

There is a lot of interest to invest in Africa at this time by all the players. Although ambitious plans and targets are set for the sector by the African countries, both technical and financial in-capabilities in addition to the weak infrastructure are still the major constraints. To involve the private sector in the development of African energy, investing in the infrastructure is paramount importance. Developing the technical capability is by far the most important, if not a prerequisite, investment in Africa to achieve all the others including the energy sector.
